2004
 Ars Baltica Congress held in Tammisaari 2-4.7.2004 Selahetin, Valdemar, Kerstin and Nina

In July IRWA successfully organised a romani writer congress where writers and other Roma activists gathered from different parts of Europe. More about the congress

In the yearly meeting held in Tammisaari Ruzdija Sejdvic (Germany), Rahim Burham (Germany) and Luminita Cioaba (Romania) were chosen to be the new members of IRWA. Ruzdija Sejdovic was elected as a new vice-president.



2003

In September IRWA participated European Writers´ Congress in Fribourg, Switzerland where IRWA was accepted as a member of EWC.



2002

In November IRWA participated the Gypsy Culture Weekend in the Stockholm theatre. The event was realized by RKC - Romsk Kultur Center of Stockholm.

The Foundation meeting of IRWA in Karjaa was held in July 20-21st. The Board of Directors and the Members were elected in Villa Baltzar. At the same time IRWA organized a huge gypsy party there.




During these years IRWA has represented itself in various cultural fair as well as organized different cultural evenings.
